What is Invisalign®?
Often people who require orthodontic treatment are reluctant to proceed due to the dietary limitations and aesthetic concerns of braces and other traditional orthodontic techniques.
At Bella Vista Family Dental Centre we are pleased to offer Invisalign - the invisible way to straighten your teeth - without braces. Invisalign allows people to experience the benefits and results of orthodontic treatment, without the fixed appliances.
Using a series of clear, removable aligners, Invisalign gradually shifts your teeth into their prime position. During Invisalign treatment the aligners are changed on a regular fortnightly basis with frequent visits to your dentist to receive your updated set of aligners.
Invisalign also allows you to eat and drink as you normally would as you can simply remove the aligners while you’re eating and then place them back in once you’re finished. You can also remove them while cleaning your teeth, allowing you to maintain a normal oral hygiene routine.
